Josh Allen threw two touchdown passes to tie Jim Kelly's Buffalo Bills record of 258, and the Bills beat the Las Vegas Raiders 33–30 to move to 5–1.

The game was played on October 18 at Allegiant Stadium before 62,618. Allen completed 23 of 33 passes for 255 yards with no interceptions and was sacked twice.

His first touchdown pass went 9 yards to Khalil Shakir in the second quarter for a 13–7 lead. Las Vegas tied it 13–13 at halftime with two Matt Gay field goals, the second from 27 yards as time expired. Allen reached the record in the third quarter, escaping a near sack and throwing a 12-yard touchdown pass to Coleman for a 23–13 lead.

"Just doing what I got to do to help this team win a football game," Allen said.

Las Vegas came back. Gay kicked a 23-yard field goal early in the fourth quarter, and Kirk Cousins' 11-yard touchdown pass to Tre Tucker tied the game 23–23 with 8:07 left. Allen did not score on the ground, ending a run of five straight games with a rushing touchdown, one short of the Super Bowl-era record set by Justin Fields with Chicago four years ago.

Cousins completed 23 of 41 passes for 313 yards and two touchdowns, both to Tucker, who finished with five catches for 97 yards. Tight end Michael Mayer caught seven passes for a career-high 95 yards, and tight end Brock Bowers had four catches for 70. Ashton Jeanty scored the Raiders' first touchdown on a 1-yard run in the first quarter. Las Vegas outgained Buffalo 378 yards to 345.

Buffalo played without wide receiver DJ Moore (shoulder) and defensive lineman Ed Oliver (knee) for the second straight game. Tight end Dalton Kincaid, playing in his hometown on his 27th birthday, hurt his ribs in the third quarter and returned. Outside linebacker Bradley Chubb left briefly in the second quarter with a rib injury and also returned.

Las Vegas, 3–3, has lost three in a row and hosts the Rams on October 25. Buffalo has a bye and then hosts Baltimore on November 1.
